Hey, everyone. Just got an email from Tucson Parks and Rec that they are putting on an aquathlon (800 yd swim, 5k run) on Saturday, May 10th (not this weekend as I put in previous post.  Ooops!) at 9 am. The location is Clements Pool near Pantano and Escalante. Registration 8-8:45 am, race at 9. Cost is $5. They want people to email that they will be there. Let me know if you're interested (email me) and I'll forward you the email from the race coordinator.

These are EXTREMELY low key events that should not intimidate anyone--pretty similar to the TriCats aquathlon.

I want to do the epic ride

I want to do the epic ride too... Me and Suter were talking about Kitt Peak, where are you going?

We already attempted mount lemmon last night at 3:30pm from our houses, I only made it to mile marker 8... I think I am out of shape.

Kitt peak would be cool

Kitt peak would be cool since we did Lemmon last time...  The shoulder on Ajo is nonexistent past Three Points, but if we go as a group I'm okay with it.

That or somewhere else?  I'm up for whatever.

Sometime I'd like to ride a century down hwy 83/82 toward patagonia lake...

I think we should mix it up

I have been missing my TriCats time, so I'm up for whichever are going to do.  It sounds like Lemmon?
