END OF THE YEAR DINNER

Hey guys just wanted to let you know that I posted the dinner on the calendar so everyone should be able to see it. It will be at El Parador which is on Broadway between Tucson Blvd and Country Club and it starts at 6:00pm on Saturday, May 10th. We will have a whole room to ourselves, delicious food and a special slide show of our season. We would like everyone on the team to come and enjoy the night!

I will need a final total number of people by May 7th. There should have been a sign up sheet at the meeting but you can also post here to rsvp for the dinner. Please indicate your meal choice (A or B) when you rsvp.

Regular Meal: Cheese Enchilada Casserole, Homemade Beef Tamale, 1- Chicken Chimichanga, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Fresh Spring Greens, Chips and Salsa.

*Vegan/Vegetarian Meal: Grilled Portabella Mushroom, 2- Veggie Chimichangas, Spanish Rice, Fresh Spring Greens, Chips and Salsa.

Well the price of food includes the price for the room rental, tax and gratuity. There aren't any other fees for renting out the room.

Im going to make a tentative statement and say that tricats will assume some of that overhead for the room rental that is being grouped into the food...guests will prolly only need to pay $10-15. Our finance meeting is tomorrow....we will post numbers then!!

Yesterday the officers decided to set the price for guests and nonmembers to $17. You can pay me in advance or at the banquet. Checks are preferred but cash is OK; I will have change with me.
