Tuesday - Bike @ 6am, Run @ 6:30pm

Wednesday - Bike @ 6am, Swim @ 7pm

Thursday - Run @ 6:30pm

Friday - Swim @ 5pm

Saturday - Bike @ 8am

Sunday - Run @ 8am, Swim @ 5pm
