looking for a mountain bike..

reliable, low maintenance, enjoys the outdoors, sexy.. :) but seriously, i'm looking for a hard tail bike 52-54cm frame to borrow for a couple weekends and see how i like it.. i'm thinking about doing the exterra tri just to get a taste of everything: sprint, olympic and off-road

I have a mountain bike that

I have a mountain bike that you could use but it might be too big…. It’s a medium frame (18-inch). It’s not that fancy but its reliable and very low maintenance. If you want to try it out just let me know.

is Xterra the same as Saguaro Man Road Triathlon, and if so or not so, Im not sure which one I should sign up for? I mean I have a mountain bike...???idk

thanks for all the help eugene... i know that i can always count on you to point out my mistakes lol

laurel you are awesome!  i'll see you tonight or at the 36 hr ride to figure out when to meet up, etc.

rachel, the only difference between Saguaro Man and Xterra is the start time and the bike course.  if you've got a mountain bike you should do it with me!  i think that phalyn might also.  it'll be hard, or really fun, or both...
