This week I begin my Presession class and resume training everyday. I will be running or biking every weekday morning and swimming in the afternoon. I will be meeting at the flagpole at 6:30 AM unless the bike is really long. If the bike is long I will start it at 6 AM to finish with plenty of time to get to class by 9.

I hope people can join me. So far I plan to run Tuesday, bike Wednesday, Bike Thursday, Run Friday. I'm not sure about Mondays yet.

I plan to swim at 4:15 every afternoon. Every other day will be actually swimming a workout, the rest will be stroke work.

Hopefully I'll see plenty of people joining me. I'll try to post before the morning workouts if a plan is not up.

..my training plan is pretty

..my training plan is pretty much up in the air until I start summer session but I'll be joining Adrienne in the mornings unless I'm doing something off-road. and i'll be making the swim

I think that Saturday will be my day off..

Sunday I'll do something epic

and unfortunately, if you are not taking classes you do lose access to the rec but you can do a visitor pass. if that doesn't work out you can buy a pass to the city pools and won't have to pay $1.50 every time you want to use them

the visitor pass (if the same as last year) is like 60 bucks, but for almost 3 months of gym membership, is a really good deal.

The summer pass (includes SSI and SSII) for students (had to be enrolled in spring 08) is ~$47, and I think you have to pay starting today.

i think my training will

i think my training will look something like this (and could be modified once we get the grasky summer training plan):

monday: core, swim

tuesday: morning run, evening trainer session (will buy spinerval DVDs to continue this once Mike stops...we should keep this going somehow)

Wed: morning bike, afternoonish swim, core sometime

thurs: morning bike, evening track session

friday: morning bike, afternoonish swim, core sometime

saturday: epic bike ride

sunday: long run

And for the next week or two i'll throw in a few short runs after a bike session or two to prepare for the Deuces Wild race
