sean is definitely insane!!

sean is definitely insane!!  my legs were very sluggish today out at sabino.  had fun though...made it out to seven falls and did a little rock climbing and water hole swimmin with suter, cameron and chris.  it was a pretty epic weekend all around.

Lee, what happened to you man?  We were at the visitor's center waiting for you and then looked around for a while but couldn't find you...

Ah, I didn't see where you

Ah, I didn't see where you went in the parking lot and figured I'd find Phoneline trail.  I thought maybe I'd see you guys stopped to stretch somewhere - it didn't even occur to me to check the visitor center.  Definitely wish I had, a swim would have been nice... not sure I'd have made it that far though.

The Cinco de Mayo 10k was

The Cinco de Mayo 10k was pretty fun, too.  Quads were pretty weak after yesterday, but I felt better after about 2 miles.  The field was pretty awesome.  577 finishers for the 10k alone!  Doug Friman won the overall...those of you at nationals saw him (a triathlon olympic hopeful).  It was an easy jog for him at 5:14 pace.

It was just me and Kathy representing TriCats.  Oh, by the way, Kathy, you won your age group...if you have room for the trophy you should give the race director a call or email :)

Hope you guys had fun at 7 falls.  I haven't done that hike in way too long.  Were the pools decently deep?  They were filled up with sediment still the last time I was there.
