Well prior to the spring racing season, we’ll get together and talk about transitions, racing, and everything else that makes swimming, biking, and running a triathlon. Try to make the to-be-announced training camp(s) to not only have a great time, but learn a lot more about triathlon and putting it all together. We’ll have smaller clinics and workouts on these topics as well.
Most of all, I’m excited to be a part of your team, and I hope you are too! Triathlon is a great way to not only build fitness that will last a lifetime, but to build friendships, learn about yourself, break through limits you once had, and see changes in yourself mentally and physically.
